To be able to live streaming on istragam Stories,you must have regitered as a member of the Close Beta Instragam.if you have already regitered and ge updates,the how to do direct broadcast:

• same as Instragam Stories,slide it to the right of the display Home Instragam.Depending on you,you can live vidio Stories or post your photos and videos in Instragam Stories.

• any you're live,there will be a live Alerst notification in Stories on your account.Similary,if you friend was doing a live streaming in the srories.

• Once started,you can direct the broadcast with maxmium duration of one hour 

• After an hour passed,the live Streaming you will automatically cease and disappear without a trace.

Easy isn't  it? unfortunately you have to be patient a litle longer to be able to taste the Instragam Live Stories on the public beta stage version or a global update.
